Shipping policy

All of our jewelry is made to order.

After you place an order, we will follow up by email to confirm your ring size, specifications, and any special requests.

If no special requests are submitted, we treat the options selected at checkout as the requested order details and proceed with final confirmation by email.

After the final order details are confirmed, we provide a 3D / CAD confirmation before production begins.

Production typically takes 3–5 business days after final 3D / CAD approval.

Most orders are completed and delivered within approximately 1–2 weeks after final design approval.

We currently ship to the United States.

We use fast, secure shipping services with signature confirmation to provide a reliable delivery experience.

The amount paid at checkout is the final amount the customer pays.
We cover shipping costs, duties, import taxes, customs clearance, and related carrier fees as part of our service.
Customers will not be asked to pay additional shipping or import-related charges after placing an order.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination, customs processing, or carrier conditions.

Address Changes

Address change requests must be submitted before shipment and sent from the email address used for the order, together with the order number.

For security reasons, we may limit or decline address changes involving significant changes to the destination, including the country, state, postal code, or other key delivery details.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
